- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- shortening - 1 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour
- margarine - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Topping:2 c. miniature marshmallows1/2 c. nuts Mix ingredients together, except nuts and marshmallows. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. After baking, put marshmallows on top, while cake is still warm.Icing:1 egg1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. lemon juice Combine together and heat until hot.
