Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 1 pkg
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- sticks butter or margarine - 2 item
- stick soft butter - 1/2 item
- Remove from heat; stir in sugar and beaten eggs
- all-purpose flour self-rising
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt butter and cocoa together. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add flour, salt, chopped nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.Chocolate Frosting:1 box powdered sugar1/2 stick soft butter1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla Combine ingredients.
