Mississippi mud cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- nuts, chopped
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- sticks butter or margarine - 2 item
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt butter and cocoa together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Add flour, chopped nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of hot cake and cover with your favorite chocolate frosting!Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
