Mississippi mud cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- flaked coconut
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1/4 item
- small jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- cubes butter, softened - 2 item
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix. Add cocoa and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour, then coconut and walnuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. While still hot, drop by spoonfuls 1 jar of marshmallow cream. Cool completely. Mix melted butter, cocoa and sweetened condensed milk.
