Mississippi mud cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- margarine - 1 tsp
- nuts walnuts or pecans
- Frosting:1 box confectioners sugar
- jar Fluff - 1 oz
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:1 box confectioners sugar1 stick margarine1/2 c. evaporated milk1/2 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla Cream sugar, cocoa and margarine together. Add slightly beaten eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, coconut and nuts. Beat 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch) for 35 minutes at 325°.When cake is done and still hot, spread the Fluff over top. Let cake cool completely.
Mix all frosting ingredients together and frost cake.
