Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 lb
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- Crisco - 1/2 c
How to make twinkie filling:
Beat butter, Crisco, granulated sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla. Beat on high for 10 minutes until light and fluffy. Use between cake layers. Especially good if used with chocolate or fudge cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
