Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- Philly cream cheese - 2 oz
- drops desired coloring - 2 item
- flavoring wintergreen or peppermint - 1/4 tsp
How to make mints:
Mash the cheese. Add flavoring and coloring. Mix in powdered sugar. Knead with hands until mixed. Roll into marble size balls and dip into granulated sugar. Press into molds, sugar side up, and unmold onto wax paper. Makes about 50 mints.For chocolate, use 3 teaspoons cocoa and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
