- sliced strawberries - 2 c
- lime sherbet
- mint leaves - 1 item
- can pineapple cubes - 1 item
- creme de menthe or 1/2 tsp - 1/4 c
How to make mint julep fruit cup:
Combine fruit and spoon into compotes. Sprinkle with creme de menthe or mint extract. Serve with 1/4 cup of lime sherbet and garnish with a fresh mint leaf. Makes 6 servings.One-half cup serving contains 149 calories, 1 gram protein, 32 grams carbohydrates and 2 grams fat.
