  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sauerkraut, drained - 1/2 c
  • slices cocktail rye bread - 20 item
  • slices Swiss cheese, cut in quarters - 5 item

How to make mini reubens:

Arrange corned beef on cocktail rye bread. Cover lightly with sauerkraut. Top with sliced Swiss cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot. Makes 20 appetizers.
