Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sauerkraut, drained - 1/2 c
- slices cocktail rye bread - 20 item
- slices Swiss cheese, cut in quarters - 5 item
How to make mini reubens:
Arrange corned beef on cocktail rye bread. Cover lightly with sauerkraut. Top with sliced Swiss cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot. Makes 20 appetizers.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Appetizers.
