• flour - 1 c
• wheat flour - 1 c
• sugar - 1/4 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• vegetable oil - 1/4 c
• mincemeat - 1 c
• milk - 1/2 c

How to make mincemeat muffins:

Mix together. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°. Makes 18.
