Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 3 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1/4 c
• egg - 1 item
• well-drained crushed pineapple - 1/2 c

How to make pineapple muffins:

Mix together. Batter will be lumpy. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°. Let set 5 minutes. Makes 18.
