Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1 c
- white sugar
- mince meat
How to make mincemeat cookies:
Preheat oven to 375°. In large mixer bowl, cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, beating until smooth. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in mince meat. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
