Mincemeat cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1 c
• white sugar
• mince meat

How to make mincemeat cookies:

Preheat oven to 375°. In large mixer bowl, cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, beating until smooth. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in mince meat. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 6 1/2 dozen cookies.
