Ingredients/Components

• coconut - 3/4 c
• lemon juice
• container Cool Whip - 1 small
• large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
• can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
• pie crusts - 2 item

How to make millionaire pie:

Combine first 3 ingredients; fold in Cool Whip and then gently fold in lemon juice. Makes two 9-inch pies.
