Microwave lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- lasagna noodles - 8 oz
- water or dry red wine - 1 c
- Italian meat sauce or 1 20 oz - 6 c
- Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 10 oz
How to make microwave lasagna:
Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with sauce. Place a layer of noodles over the sauce. Add half of the cheeses and cover with sauce. Form another layer of noodles and cover with sauce. Add remaining cheese, except 1 cup of Mozzarella. Cover with sauce. Add remaining noodles and cover that layer with sauce.Cover dish with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 20 minutes or until the noodles are done. Top with remaining cheese and microwave uncovered for another 5 minutes.
