Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 lb
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2/3 c
How to make microwave fudge:
Sift sugar, cocoa and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla. Place butter on top. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Beat with wooden spoon. Spread into buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch cooking dish. Freeze about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
