How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:1 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt1/3 c. cocoa1/4 c. milk1/4 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla Butter a 13 x 9-inch dish and line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk. Beat for 2 minutes and fold in Cool Whip. Pour a layer over graham crackers; add another layer of graham crackers and another of pudding. Top with a layer of crackers. Frost with fudge frosting and let stand all day or overnight before serving.Frosting: Combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk. Bring to boil; cook one minute. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool, then beat until smooth and thick enough to spread.
