Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
How to make microwave fudge:
Combine sugar, butter and milk in buttered large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 10 minutes on Medium-high. Stir and continue cooking on Medium-high for 5 to 8 minutes or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Fold in Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares, about 74 small squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
