Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- cream - 2 c
- white syrup - 2 c
How to make microwave caramels:
Put the butter, sugar and syrup in a bowl and cook until 265°. Add the cream and vanilla. Bring to 250°. Pour into buttered glass pan. Cool. Cut and wrap. Need microwave candy thermometer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Candy.
