- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- bananas - 1 item
- wafers - 1 item
How to make microwave banana pudding:
Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt gradually. Add milk. Microwave on High 7 minutes (stir every 3 minutes). Take 1 egg (beaten well); add small amount of hot pudding into egg. Add all to milk mixture; stir well. Microwave on Medium-high for 3 minutes (stir after first minute). Add the butter and vanilla.
