  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • corn chips - 1 item
  • can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 oz
  • cans Mexicorn, drained - 2 oz
  • or more chopped jalapeno peppers - 2 Tbsp

How to make mexicorn dip:

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Serve with corn chips.
