- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- corn chips - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 oz
- cans Mexicorn, drained - 2 oz
- or more chopped jalapeno peppers - 2 Tbsp
How to make mexicorn dip:
