  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • Lipton onion soup - 1 pkg
  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • sliced olives - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • flour tortillas 7 to 8-inch - 4 item
  • sour cream - 1 item
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • shredded lettuce - 1 item
  • chopped tomato - 1 item

How to make mexican lasagna:

Crumble ground beef in 2-quart casserole; add green pepper. Mix in soup mix, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, olives and water. Heat through. Place 2 tortillas in 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 meat mixture and half of both cheeses. Repeat. Microwave 5 minutes; rotate and microwave another 5 minutes until cheese melts. Top with shredded lettuce, sour cream and tomato.
