Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- Lipton onion soup - 1 pkg
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- sliced olives - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- flour tortillas 7 to 8-inch - 4 item
- sour cream - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- chopped tomato - 1 item
How to make mexican lasagna:
Crumble ground beef in 2-quart casserole; add green pepper. Mix in soup mix, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, olives and water. Heat through. Place 2 tortillas in 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 meat mixture and half of both cheeses. Repeat. Microwave 5 minutes; rotate and microwave another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
