Mexican lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- can whole tomatoes - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- taco mix - 1 pkg
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
- carton cream-style cottage cheese - 1 oz
- chopped olives optional - 1/2 c
How to make mexican lasagna:
Brown meat and drain fat. Add taco mix, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, salt, pepper and olives. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Combine egg, cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl and mix by hand. Layer torn tortillas, meat mixture and cheesRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Lasagna.
