Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- plain flour - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan
How to make swedish nut cake:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix well until smooth.
