- sour cream - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- ground beef - 3 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- grated Cheddar cheese
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- can Ranch Style beans, drained - 1 oz
- can tomatoes and green chilies - 1 oz
- bag tortilla chips - 1 (8
- processed cheese - 1 lb
How to make mexican dinner:
Brown beef and onion. Add processed cheese. Stir in soups, beans and tomatoes and green chilies until well mixed and cheese is melted. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. In a greased 9 x 13-inch dish, layer meat mixture with tortilla chips, beginning with meat mixture. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
