- onion flakes - 4 Tbsp
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- cumin - 2 Tbsp
- green chili peppers - 1 c
- ground meat, browned - 1 pkg
- can Mexican rice - 1 item
How to make mexican hash:
This is good poured over corn chips in a baking dish and sprinkled with cheese for a crowd. Bake until cheese melts.For 1 Or 2: Spoon the mixture onto corn chips arranged on a plate. Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions for a good, quick meal.
