Ingredients/Components
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- onion - 1 item
- tomatoes - 4 item
- ground round - 1 lb
- can red kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- head lettuce - 1 item
- Thousand Island dressing - 8 oz
- large bag Doritos, crushed - 1 item
How to make mexican chef salad:
Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion; place in a large bowl. Brown beef and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in beans and warm through. At the last minute, toss all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Serves 4 to 6 generously.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Beans.
