Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- soft butter or oleo - 3/4 c
- seasoned bread stuffing croutons - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach and drain very well. Mix all ingredients well, and shape into bite size balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.Can be frozen and reheated. Do not heat in microwave.
