Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- can chili beans - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 3 c
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Cook ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning as directed on package. Crush chips and line bottom of baking dish. Cover chips with ground beef. In large bowl, mix Ro-Tel, corn (drained), chili beans and sour cream. Pour mixture over ground beef. Top with cheese.
