Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tortilla chips - 7 oz
- small can green chili peppers, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 2 item
- can hot enchilada sauce - 1 item
- Mexican Velveeta, shredded
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown beef and onion and drain. Mix chicken soup, enchilada sauce and peppers. Bring to a boil. In large casserole dish, layer meat sauce, tortilla chips and cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
