- sour cream - 1 item
- salsa - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- grated cheese - 3 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can refried beans - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and enchilada sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes. Warm refried beans. Cut flour tortillas to fit. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer tortillas, beans, sauce and cheese. Repeat; will be 3 layers. Bake in 350° oven until bubbly. Cut into squares.
