Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- cans Ranch Style beans - 2 item
- to 12 torn up corn tortillas - 6 item
- can green chilies depending on how hot you want it - 1 item
- can taco sauce depending on how hot you want it - 1 item
- grated American Deluxe Choice cheese - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat; drain grease. Mix everything together and put in a casserole dish. Cook at 350° until bubbly through and through. Put cheese on top. You can put some cheese in the mixture too before cooking it. Serve with flour tortillas and salad.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
