  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • flour tortillas - 4 item
  • jar salsa - 1 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Brown beef and add taco seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. Layer ingredients in this order in round dish, using 1/4 amount each time: tortilla, refried beans, beef mixture, salsa, tomatoes, sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
