- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- large egg whites - 2 item
- sugar for each egg white - 2 Tbsp
How to make meringue:
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. Add sugar slowly. Beat until stiff. Spread over cooled pie, sealing edges. Bake at 350° until brown.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Low fat, Condiments, etc..
