Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • cider vinegar - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • garlic clove - 1 item
  • liquid shortening - 1/2 c

How to make meat marinade:

Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours or up to 5 days. Excellent with chicken or beef.
