Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • ground beef chuck - 2 lb
  • onion flakes or dried onions - 3 Tbsp

How to make meat loaf:

Mix tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and dried onions and bring to a boil. Mix half of this mixture with the rest of ingredients to make meat loaf, then pour the rest of the mixture over the meat loaf. Bake for 1 hour at 400°.
