Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bell pepper optional - 1/4 c
  • lean hamburger meat
  • Topping:1 can tomato soup
  • seasoned bread crumbs Progresso - 3/4 c

How to make meat loaf:

Topping:1 can tomato soup2 Tbsp. mustard1 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. sugar1 can water Mix all ingredients and form into a large ball. Place in a baking dish. Flatten ball. Pull away from sides of dish.

Mix topping and pour over loaf mix. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour (top will be brown). If you want to serve more people, use 2 pounds of meat and cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
