Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper optional - 1/4 c
- lean hamburger meat
- Topping:1 can tomato soup
- seasoned bread crumbs Progresso - 3/4 c
How to make meat loaf:
Topping:1 can tomato soup2 Tbsp. mustard1 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. sugar1 can water Mix all ingredients and form into a large ball. Place in a baking dish. Flatten ball. Pull away from sides of dish.Mix topping and pour over loaf mix. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour (top will be brown). If you want to serve more people, use 2 pounds of meat and cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
