Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 1/4 c
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
How to make meat loaf:
Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce. Preheat oven to 350°. Spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce on top of the mixture. Bake for 45 to 70 minutes, depending on the oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
