Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef
  • milk - 4 slices
  • egg - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • tomato sauce - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • or more chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all together. Score top of meat loaf and pour over top of meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
