Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 tsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • dried parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • Bake at 450° for 15 minutes

How to make meat loaf:

Mix the ingredients and put in a small loaf pan. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.Sauce:8 oz. tomato sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes1/8 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Make sauce and pour over baked meat loaf and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
