Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • chopped pepper sweet or hot - 1/2 c
  • slices wheat or rye bread, crumbled - 4 item

How to make meat loaf:

Topping:3/4 c. catsup2 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix together the ground chuck, onion, egg, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and bread. Put in loaf dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of meat loaf. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
