- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- to 12 saltine crackers - 8 item
How to make meat balls:
Melt margarine in skillet. Mix beef, onion, ketchup, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper together. Shape into balls. Place in hot skillet; turn until brown. Cover meatballs with ketchup. Add water. Cover skillet; simmer for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
