  • salt - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • water - 2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • to 12 saltine crackers - 8 item

How to make meat balls:

Melt margarine in skillet. Mix beef, onion, ketchup, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper together. Shape into balls. Place in hot skillet; turn until brown. Cover meatballs with ketchup. Add water. Cover skillet; simmer for about 1 hour.
