Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 3/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- crackers, crumbled and soaked in milk - 1/2 pkg
How to make meat balls:
Mix well. Add crackers last and mix again. Make sure crackers are soft before putting in the mix. Make small balls in loaf pan. Then put a spoon of cream of mushroom soup on each ball. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
