- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grape jelly
- onion powder - 1 onion,
- oats - 3/4 c
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- small bottle ketchup - 1 item
How to make meat balls:
Sauce:1/4 c. grape jelly1 small bottle ketchup Mix the meat ball ingredients; roll into balls. Deep fry in oil.Mix the sauce ingredients. Place meat balls in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Spread sauce over meat balls. Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven or microwave 8 to 10 minutes.
