Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- parsley flakes - 1/3 c
- chili sauce - 12 oz
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 item
- corn flakes, crushed - 1 c
How to make meat balls:
Combine ground chuck, soy sauce, catsup, corn flakes, parsley flakes, garlic salt, eggs, onion and pepper. Mix well and form into balls. Place balls into baking dish.In saucepan, combine chili sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and cranberry sauce. Put on low heat long enough for ingredients to mix well. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
