  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • mashed potatoes - 4 c

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Mix mashed potatoes and sour cream and set aside. Then spread layer of potato mixture and a layer of cheese. Repeat. Top with cheese. Cover and heat for 30 minutes at 350°.
