  • flaked coconut - 1/2 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • can Mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz

How to make marshmallow delight:

Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour. For a salad, serve on crisp salad greens. For a dessert, serve in a bowl.
