  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • small jar maraschino cherries - 1 item
  • marshmallows

How to make marshmallow delight:

Cut marshmallows fine with scissors. Add pineapple. Stir lightly and chill 3 hours. One hour before serving, add 1/2 pint whipping cream. Fold in lightly. Serve with whipping cream and a cherry on top. Should be served in fancy glasses.
