Marshmallow cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- box powdered sugar
- sticks soft oleo - 2 item
How to make marshmallow cake:
Icing:1 lb. box powdered sugar1 stick oleo, melted1/2 c. cocoa1/3 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla Cream oleo and sugar. Add remainder of ingredients. Mix well. Pour in greased and floured 10 x 14-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until done. When cake is done, sprinkle a small package of miniature marshmallows over cake. Pop cake back in oven just long enough to melt marshmallows.
