Marinated shrimp canapes
Ingredients/Components
- cucumber - 1 item
- Italian dressing - 1/2 c
- garnish with parsley - 1 item
- cooked, clean medium shrimp - 1 lb
- garlic or any flavor you like toast rounds - 1 item
How to make marinated shrimp canapes:
Several Hours Before Serving: Pour the dressing over the shrimp. Cover and refrigerate.Just Before Serving: Drain shrimp well. Run tines of fork down length of a cucumber all the way around. Cut into 1/8-inch slices. On as many garlic toast rounds as you have shrimp, place slice of cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with a shrimp and dot of sour cream. Garnish with parsley. Makes 30 appetizers.
