Marinated pork tenderloin
Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- pork tenderloin
How to make marinated pork tenderloin:
Mix everything except tenderloin in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Place meat in dish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat several times. Drain, reserving liquid. Preheat oven to 325°. Place meat on rack in shallow pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until meat reaches 170°. Cool, wrap and chill. About 30 minutes before serving, slice meat very thin. Place in chafing dish.In small bowl, mix marinade and enough water to make 1/2 cup. Pour over meat and warm. Serve with marinade. Can be grilled as whole tenderloin and cut after cooking.
